Balance Improvement and Fall Prevention

Core Physical Therapy can also improve your balance and reduce your risk of sustaining a fall. As we age, our balance system ages with us. If you or someone you know has had a fall, our team of physical therapists can improve balance long term and decrease the risk of falls. Your physical therapist will form a program to help re-train and strengthen your body's balance system, just as you would a muscle. Balance can improve, and Core Physical Therapy is here to help.

Our Approach to Vestibular Therapy

Treatment for all of these diagnoses will be tailored to each patient. Those who suffer from dizziness may have difficulty with motion, eye movements, head or body movements, balance, walking, turning over in bed, falls, and many others. Our physical therapists will form a program to help re-train your nervous system and improve your symptoms.
